Anna has been great fun to work with. She was very sympathetic in setting exercises for me to achieve my own personal challenge/goal of completing a triathlon. I had issues with achy hips when I ran and targeted strengthening exercises has really helped to alleviate this for me. Not sure I’m er going to love long distance but at least I can now work on improving my 5km runs as part of my overall aim of a ‘healthy active lifestyle in my fifties’ ! Highly recommended.
I recently worked with Anna on a 1/1 basis for 6 weeks and she was great at helping me achieve my goal of a small amount of weight loss and better nutrition to try and alleviate my rosacea redness. She was fun to work with and gave me great suggestions for changes to my diet and enhancing my exercise regime. I’m feeling more motivated to exercise effectively and have more energy. My recent session with Anna has been really helpful. I wanted to introduce weight training into my exercise programme to help improve muscle tone and support my running, cycling and swimming. She devised a simple to follow program using free weights which fits easily into a busy lifestyle.
